HCR 20, 66th R.S.

Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Texas, the Senate concurring, That the 66th Legislature hereby extend an invitation to President Jimmy Carter and Vice-President Walter Mondale to address a Joint Session of the Legislature of the State of Texas on issues of mutual concern to themselves and the citizens of this state at a date that is mutually agreeable to themselves and to the presiding officers of both houses.
