Remarks: Sections 1, 3, and 5 take effect only if the Act of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999, relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted codes (SB 1368) takes effect. Sections 2, 4, and 6 take effect only if the Act of that (SB 1368) does not take effect.
