Relating to providing for the form and contents of accident and sickness insurance policies issued in this State; providing penalties for violation of the provisions of this Act; repealing all laws in conflict herewith; declaring the provisions of this Act to be severable.
Presentation of the Texas State Chiropractic Association to the legislators of the State of Texas concerning an amendment to Article 3.70-2, ยง B of the Insurance Code : such amendment to guarantee that purchasers of health and accident policies in Texas will be afforded complete freedom to choose their treating doctor from among those licensed in the healing arts. |
