Amending Chapter 477, Acts of the 59th Legislature, Regular Session, 1965, as amended; so as to provide a procedure for the expansion of the boundaries of the Muenster Hospital District if approved at an election, providing the expanded District shall take over and assume the responsibilities, duties and liabilities of the District prior to expansion; amending the said Act so as to require all members of the Board of Directors of the District to be residents of the District and own taxable property subject to Hospital District taxation; amending the said Act so as to require an election prior to the issuance of bonds payable from taxation.
