Relating to adding and making part of the Memphis Independent School District in Hall County, Texas, certain lands and territory adjoining thereto situate in Hall County, and adding thereto and making a part thereof certain lands and territory adjoining thereto situate in the County of Collingsworth, all for school purposes; giving the Board of Trustees of said district power and jurisdiction over said lands and territory and the inhabitants thereof.
