Relating to appropriating the sum of one hundred thousand dollars out of the revenues of the State, for the erection of an administration building for the Extension Service of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, and the sum of fifteen thousand dollars out of the general revenues of the State for the repair and remodeling of Gathright Hall.
