Relating to providing for the changing and fixing the times of holding court in the Seventh Judicial District of Texas, and validating and continuing all processes and writs, bonds recognizances, and jurors heretofore selected, returnable to the terms of court, as they now exist, and continuing in session the district court, until its term expires by law.
