SB 307, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that no life insurance company organized under the laws of any state other than the State of Texas, or organized under the laws of any foreign country, may reinsure the entire outstanding business of any solvent life insurance company organized under the laws of this State or acquire, either directly or indirectly, all or substantially all of the assets of any solvent insurance company organized under the laws of this State.
