Relating to prohibiting the sale or offering for sale, or the buying of any bass, crappie, perch or catfish, or any other fish taken from the fresh waters of Guadalupe County, and to prohibit the use of net or seine, except a net not exceeding ten (10) feet in length for the purpose of catching minnows for bait, in said County; prescribing a penalty.
