Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; intangible assets tax upon certain persons, associations, and corporations, pipeline companies, and common carrier pipeline companies of every character whatsoever engaged in the transportation of oil or gas, doing business wholly or in part within this State, and every other individual, company, corporation, association or firm doing business of the same character in this State.
