Relating to raising revenues for the support of the State Government by imposing and providing an occupation tax upon the production of oil in this State as measured in the gasoline potential thereof; providing the manner of keeping reports and the method of remitting said tax to the Comptroller of Public Accounts and the State Treasurer.
