Relating to miscellaneous excise taxes; relating to amending a certain Statute to provide for the filing of quarterly records; to provide for the retailer to remit one hundred per cent (100%) of the tax or taxes collected; to provide for permits to expire on September 30th of each year; to provide for the records to be confidential and providing a penalty for violations; providing an effective date.
