Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that liens attaching to oil and gas and mineral property and machinery, buildings, appurtenances thereto used in the operation thereof on behalf of suppliers of materials and services to the owner or operator of such properties attach also to the oil and gas produced therefrom and the proceeds from the sale thereof and to constitute the operator of such property the agent of the owner or owners thereof for the purposes of this Chapter.
