Relating to authorization of the board of control to waive the requirements of the State Purchasing Act of 1957 for the rental or lease-purchase of supplies, materials, or equipment to be paid for from the expense fund of a house of the legislature; authorizing purchase of the Gunlocke Executive Chair by a legislator who has not been reelected.
