43rd R.S.   SJR 3    For the Amendment to Article IX of the Constitution of Texas, adding Section 3, providing authority for the adoption of a Home Rule Charter by the voters in counties having a population of sixty-two thousand (62,000) or more, to effect more sufficient and economical government within such counties, and to authorize mergers of separate governmental agencies within such counties as may from time to time be authorized by vote of the people therein.     Adopted
43rd R.S.   SJR 30    For the Amendment to the Constitution providing that the Legislature may authorize the issuance of bonds of the State of Texas, not to exceed Twenty Million ($20,000,000.00) Dollars, for relieving the hardships of unemployment and for the necessary appropriations to pay said bonds.     Adopted
43rd R.S.   HJR 32    For the Amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas exempting Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) of the assessed taxable value of all residence homesteads from State taxes.     Adopted
43rd R.S.   HJR 43    For the Amendment to the Constitution of Texas, authorizing the sale of vinous or malt liquors of not more than three and two-tenths per cent (3.2%) alcoholic content by weight.     Adopted
