Remarks: This Act takes effect immediately, except Section 15 takes effect September 1, 2013, and certain exemptions take effect on the later of August 31, 2013, or the effective date of the Act creating, re-creating, dedicating, or rededicating the accounts, revenues, or funds described in Sections 10, 11, and 12.
