SB 88, 33rd R.S.
Relating to fixing the hours of opening and closing any house or place of business where intoxicating liquors are licensed to be sold, requiring the closing of such places of business between the hours of 9:30 PM on Saturday night and 6:00 AM of the following Monday morning, and between the hours of 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM of the following morning of any work day; and authorizing recovery upon the bond and forfeiture of license of retail liquor dealers violating any penal law of this state relating to retail liquor dealers.
