Relating to regulating the publishing, printing, circulation and distribution of campaign advertisements; requiring every person, firm or corporation who shall print or publish a newspaper to print at the end of each advertisement concerning any candidate for any office a true and correct statement showing the name of the person who ordered such advertisement; prescribing a penalty.
