SB 228, 39th R.S.
Relating to authorizing any city, town or village incorporated under the General Laws of the State of Texas, and having a population of not more than 2,500 inhabitants, according to the United States census of 1920, to disannex a portion of the territory located within the limits of any such city, town or village, upon receipt of a petition requesting such disannexation signed by two-thirds or more of the qualified voters located within such territory.
