Relating to the wild duck and geese zone; placing certain counties in the north zone which are now located in the south zone, being Shelby, Nacogdoches, San Augustine, Angelina, Sabine, Polk, Tyler, Jasper, and Newton, and changing the zone line so as to include these counties in the north zone.
