HB 717, 52nd R.S.
Relating to any city which owns a portion of a bridge over the Rio Grande which is situated within the United States of America purchased with the proceeds of bonds payable from the net revenues from the operation of such bridge and which has issued refunding bonds payable from such net revenues and reserving in the city the right to issue additional bonds payable from the same source and secured by the same revenues; providing that any such city is authorized to issue bonds to the extent and under conditions provided in the Trust Indenture securing its outstanding refunding bonds.
