Relating to enabling the Commissioners' Courts of the certain Counties in which counties the County Attorney General performs the duties of the District Attorney, to authorize the County Attorney to employ one investigator and granting to the Commissioners' Court of such counties the authority to fix the salary of such investigator at any sum not less than Twenty-four Hundred ($2,400.00) Dollars per year.
