Amending Sections 2, 7 and 7a, Article 8306, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended; relating to application of the Workmen's Compensation Act; relating to the sole right of an employee entitled to medical aid under the provisions of Texas Workmen's Compensation Law to select or choose persons or facilities to furnish medical aid, hospital services, chiropractic services and nursing and relating to the obligation or, at the employee's option, the furnishing by the association of certain medical aid, services and medicines; relating to requiring certain medical reports and relating to liability therefor; providing for a method of changing medical aid, hospital services, chiropractic services, and medicines; providing a saving clause; and declaring an emergency.
