Relating to providing for cooperation between the State of Texas and the U.S. Department of Agriculture in the destruction of rodent pests- prairie dogs, rats, pocket gophers and ground squirrels; and predatory animals- coyotes, wolves, mountain lion, bob-cats and other predatory animals; appropriating funds such purposes.
