SB 10, 43rd 3rd C.S.
Relating to validating all Concurrent Resolutions adopted at previous sessions of the Legislature granting to persons, firms or corporations permission to sue the State of Texas to any of its courts upon claims against the State, providing that same shall be effective both as to suits already filed and pending and as to suits hereafter filed by authority of said Concurrent Resolution, providing that nothing therein shall operate to create any cause of action against the State.
