HB 1671, 69th R.S.
Relating to amending Section 26(b), state Firemen's and Policemen's Civil Service Act (Article 1269m, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), to repeal the requirement that cities of 1,500,000 or more population pay the full amount of a fireman's or policeman's salary for the period of his accumulated sick leave, without limitation, upon his death, termination or retirement.
