SB 170, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by declaring the effect of an appeal in all criminal proceedings, including appeals in habeas corpus proceedings, providing for the substitution of lost or destroyed records in the lower court, if it is in session; also providing for the postponement of the consideration of the appeal for the substitution of the lost or destroyed records at the text term of said lower court.
