Relating to granting permission to Hyman Alexander, a minor, to bring suit against the State of Texas, in the district court of Travis county, Texas, for damages for injuries sustained by being run down by an automobile truck, owned by the State of Texas, and operated by an employee of the State on the 20th day of October, A.D. 1917.
