HB 364, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that certain minors under sixteen (16) years of age may be licensed upon completion of a state approved driver training course and certification by the superintendent of the school where the course is taught; deleting a statute which provided for the issuance of a special license for the operation of a motor scooter or motorized bicycle of five (5) brake horsepower or less.
