Relating to the certification and licensing of psychologists and specialties within the field of psychological services; providing the powers and duties of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists; providing the qualifications of applicants to take examinations and to receive a license; exempting certain persons from the application of the Act; providing for hearings under certain circumstances and appeals to a district court.
