Relating to a requirement that a judgment in a criminal case state the amount of monetary damages sustained by a victim of the offense as a result of the offense and that the court order the defendant to pay that amount as restitution and to the right of the victim to seek civil remedies if the defendant fails or refuses to pay the restitution.
