Relating to notice requirements for actions affecting permanent school fund land and for transfers of real property abutting tidally influenced waters of the state, to the sale of state land acquired through tax foreclosure, to the sale or lease of and the granting of easements across permanent school fund lands, to funds associated with permanent school funds lands, to unauthorized structures on state-owned land, and to liens for penalty and removal costs.
