Relating to prohibiting contributions of any money, or its equivalent, by corporations for the purpose of aiding or defeating the election of any candidate for the office of Representative to Congress of the United States, Presidential or Vice Presidential Electors from this State, or for any State, district, county or precinct office in this State, or the success or defeat of any political measure submitted to a vote of the people of this State, and providing penalties therefor.
