Relating to making unlawful the sale in Texas of certain defined dangerous drugs, except by drug stores licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy, and upon written prescriptions by persons licensed in this State to practice medicine by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, and to practice dentistry by the State Board of Dental Examiners, and to practice veterinary medicine by the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, and to practice chiropody by the State Board of Chiropody Examiners.
