Relating to amending statutes relative to defining the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Texas; defining the final appellate jurisdiction of the Courts of Civil Appeals so as to harmonize it with Article 1728 as herein amended; fixing the effective date of this Act and declaring the effect of the amendment on pending business.
