Relating to the practice of barbering in this State, the organization, qualifications, duties and compensation of the State Board of Barber Examiners and its employees, the fees to be charged by the Board, qualifications for the issuance of temporary permits, and related matters; adding a new section relating to representation by the Attorney General in suits against employees of the Board; stating the effect of this Act on current registration fees; fixing the operative date of certain provisions; providing for severability.
