HB 170, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that no person, firm, or corporation shall hereafter construct any building on any land within one thousand (1,000) yards of the Capitol grounds, the top of which is more than ninety (90) feet above the natural ground level; providing that any citizen of Texas may petition any District Court of Travis County to enjoin construction of such building; establishing a penalty of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per day for violation.
