HB 1403, 85th R.S.
Defining "intoxicated" in terms of alcohol concentration or presence of a controlled substance or drug; relating to liability of persons who take blood samples to obtain evidence of such concentration or presence; relating to obtaining such evidence in autopsies; and relating to participation in pretrial diversion programs of persons convicted of offenses involving such concentration or presence and use of the fact of such participation in assessing penalties after subsequent convictions.
