SB 744, 64th R.S.
Amending the Texas Education Code by providing for junior college districts and community college districts alternate methods for voting bonds and maintenance tax; providing for a limitation on the aggregate principal amount of bonds issued by such districts or providing for an annual bond tax never to exceed 50 cents on the One Hundred Dollars valuation of taxable property in such districts; providing for the levying of a maintenance tax in excess of the amount now permitted by law.
