Relating to providing retirement annuity insurance and group life, accident, and health insurance for employees of public community.junior colleges and state senior colleges and universities as defined in the Act and retired employees as defined in the Act; designating this Act as the "Texas State College and University Employees Uniform Insurance Benefits Act."
