Amending Section 71.02(a), Penal Code, relating to engaging in organized criminal activity so as to extend its coverage to unlawful wholesale promotion, promotion, or possession of any obscene material or obscene device, and to any unlawful employment, authorization, or inducing of a child to engage in a sexual performance, or any unlawful producing, directing, or promoting a performance or obscene performance that includes sexual conduct by a child.
