Relating to the creation, powers, duties, and administration of the Texas Nuclear Waste Programs Office to carry out the necessary interactions between the State of Texas and the federal government as related to the involvement of Texas in the implementation of the federal Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 and to advise the governor and the legislature on the matter of high-level radioactive waste management and disposal in Texas, and to perform other related activities.
