Relating to claims against non-profit hospital corporations having a patient mix of fifty percent (50%) or more persons who are eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, charity care, and/or are indigent at the time an incident is alleged to have occurred and for which non-profit hospital corporation bonds are issued under the Health Facilities Development Act.
