The review should include (but not limited to): (1) the procedures for awarding low-income housing tax credits, compared and contrasted with the procedures for awarding state bond activity cap for housing (2) the state's efforts to improve housing conditions for colonias residents; (3) tenant services and housing for special populations; (4) methods by which the state can serve individuals and families earning less than 30% of AMFI; and (5) implentation of HB 2577, 75th Legislature, Regular Session.
