Relating to regulation of coin-operated machines and the coin-operated machine industry, recreating and reconstituting the Texas Vending Commission and changing its name to the Texas Amusement Machine Commission; providing for transfer of certain duties, powers, property, function, responsibilities, and authority heretofore exercised by the Texas Vending Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts.
