Relating to licensing of adjusters as defined in this Act of claims arising under insurance contracts; providing for appointment of an advisory board to assist the commissioner of insurance; providing certain powers and duties of the commissioner of insurance; providing the necessary qualifications for an adjuster's license; providing for examinations; providing for certain types of licenses; providing certain responsibility on the part of insurers; providing certain fees; providing permissible reciprocity with other states; providing for denial, suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew licenses for certain enumerated causes; providing for hearings and judicial review; providing penalties for violations.
