HB 1508, 64th R.S.
Amending Chapter 314, General Laws, Acts of the 41st Legislature, Regular Session, 1929, as heretofore amended (now codified as Article 911b, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes) by the addition thereto of a new section providing that the terms "Motor Carrier" and "Specialized Motor Carrier" as used in Section 1 of the aforesaid Act (Article 911b, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes) shall apply to and include all persons who for compensation or hire transport bulk or unprocessed uranium ore over the public highways of this State, irrespective of whether, in the course of such transportation, a highway between two or more cities, towns, or villages is traversed.
