Redefining the meaning of the word, "deliberation;" authorizing the addition of emergency items to the agenda for a meeting after notice of meeting has been posted; providing for the length of time that notice of meeting shall be posted;
repealing the provision relating to deliberations by members of a governing body in numbers less than a quorum; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act; providing for severabilty.
