Relating to the management, control, and use of coastal public lands and coastal wetlands as defined in this Act and the identification of coastal wetlands vital to the natural resources, by the School Land Board; amending certain definitions; prescribing the powers and duties of the board; relating to certain easements and permits and rights thereunder.
