Relating to the regulation of the automobile salvage business by requiring removal of unexpired license plates from certain motor vehicles, by providing for inspection of salvage yard premises by peace officers and the seizure of stolen motor vehicles and parts, and by requiring complete records of transactions involving the purchase and sale of motor vehciles and parts by automobile salvage dealers; providing that a violation of this article is a Class A misdemeanor.
